Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 25, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how EquityPulse (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes personal information in connection with our website and services at https://www.equitypulsepro.com (the “Services”). We provide this notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, “CCPA”) and other applicable U.S. privacy laws. If you are a California resident, additional rights and details appear below.

1. Scope

This policy applies to personal information we process when you use the Services, including when you request property or equity-related estimates, submit an email address, or otherwise interact with our site. It does not apply to third-party sites or services that we do not control.

2. Categories of personal information we collect

Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect the following categories of personal information (examples are illustrative, not exhaustive):

  • Identifiers — such as name, email address, postal address, IP address, and online identifiers (e.g., cookies or similar technologies where used).
  • Property and financial information you provide — such as home address, estimated home value or equity inputs, mortgage-related information you choose to enter, and related consultation responses.
  • Internet or network activity — such as device type, browser type, general location derived from IP, and interactions with our pages (e.g., through analytics tools that help us understand site performance).
  • Inferences — such as derived or modeled information used to present results, match options, or improve the Services.

We do not use or disclose “sensitive personal information” for purposes that would require a “limit the use of my sensitive personal information” right under the CPRA beyond what is permitted by law and this policy.

3. How we use personal information

We use personal information for purposes such as:

  • Providing property and equity-related estimates and reports.
  • Communicating with you about the Services, including email you request (e.g., report delivery or follow-up where permitted).
  • Operating, securing, and improving the Services; debugging; analytics; and fraud prevention.
  • Complying with law, responding to lawful requests, and enforcing our terms.

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes and as required by law.

4. How we disclose personal information

We may disclose personal information to service providers and contractors that process data on our behalf (e.g., hosting, analytics, email delivery) subject to appropriate contractual safeguards. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer (e.g., merger or acquisition) where permitted.

Where we present or connect you with third-party financial or property partners, those parties have their own privacy practices; we encourage you to read their policies before you share information with them directly.

5. “Sale,” “sharing,” and targeted advertising

We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration in the traditional sense. However, certain disclosures of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or with partners may be considered “selling” or “sharing” under California law, depending on our activities from time to time.

California residents may have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and to limit use of sensitive personal information as described in Section 6. You may submit a request using the contact information below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

6. Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you may have the following rights under the CCPA/CPRA, subject to verification and certain exceptions:

  • Right to know — Request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, business or commercial purposes, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclose information.
  • Right to delete — Request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Right to correct — Request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain.
  • Right to opt out of sale/sharing — Opt out of the sale of personal information and the sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, where applicable.
  • Right to limit use of sensitive personal information — Where we use sensitive personal information in ways that trigger this right, you may limit that use as provided by law.
  • Non-discrimination — We will not deny services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service solely because you exercised your privacy rights.

Authorized agents — You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We may require proof of authorization and may need to verify your identity directly.

How to exercise rights — Email privacy@equitypulsepro.com with your request and enough information for us to verify you (e.g., the email address you used with us). We will respond within the time frames required by law (generally 45 days for many requests, with one extension if permitted).

7. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 16, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

8. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. For material changes, we may provide additional notice (e.g., a notice on our site or email where appropriate). Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of changes constitutes your acknowledgment of the updated policy, to the extent permitted by law.
